职位描述：
Responsiblity:
1.QMS Development: Nemak Asia (Including JV Plants) QMS development and progress follow up. Coordinate with Nemak Mexico and Nemak Europe for QMS best practice sharing and assure the compliance of Nemak global quality principle
2.Document Control: Maintain Nemak central function's QMS doucments, make sure the appropriate documents are timing published and uploaded into Nemak Intranet.
3.QMS Audit: As internal auditor to conduct quality system audit, manufacturing process audit before SOP, special procedure audit and supplier audit as per requirements. Working with team on audit findings solution and track the closure of audit findings.
4. Coaching: Lead the coaching of improvements to employees using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g. six sigma, FMEA, MSA, SPC,etc.), driving failure mode avoidance and preventive actions.
5. Traing: Delivery basic QMS training across Asia region, coach the application of quality tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, etc.)
6. Reprt: Ensure appropriate reporting, follow up and liaison including management as required, to drive timely resolution and improvement.
7. Supporting of management team assigned additional jobs

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree major in Mechanical or Material Engineering
2. 5 years worked in Automotive Industry and 3 years worked on quality management system
3. Fluent Engilish application ability
4. Knowledge of Quality Management System and Manufacturing Process Audit
5. New product development, manufacturing and quality experience
6. Problem solving, failure mode avoidance and continuous improvement.
7. Proficient in IATF 16949 and worked as internal QMS auditor 举报 分享
