职位描述：

Job Summary
This position is mainly responsible for book keeping, analysing unusual fluctuations of PL items, preparing reconciliations between GL and schedule by other departments, preparing monthly and yearly balance sheet, income Statement and cash flow statement.

Key Responsibilities
1. Book keeping for revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities.
2. Monthly Analysis for unusual fluctuation PL items.
3. Calculate and record fixed assets depreciation.
4. Deal with the repayment of loan principle and interest.
5. Make reconciliations between GL amount and the schedule prepared by operation department.

6. Prepare finance schedule required to management as support for their decision making.
7. Prepare monthly and yearly balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement.

Qualification
1. Bachelor and above, major in Accounting/Finance.
2. Above 3 years and above related working experience is preferred.
3. Basic knowledge of shipping or logistics industry is an advantage is preferred.
4. Experience in a Shared Service Centre is an advantage, preferably have experience in audit.
5. Integrity with a deep sense of trust and have a strong responsibility to assigned tasks.
6. Meticulous enough to complete tasks with minimal margin for error.
7. Be customer focused with a strong sense of urgency.
8. Ability to work under minimum supervision and as a part of Team, exhibiting a high level of teamwork.
9. Good English – writing & speaking skills.
