职位描述：

1. Responsibilities

1) Lead customer or internal logistics projects and develop procedures.

2) Coordinate the implementation of new accounts.

3) Develop new products and services that add value to customers through internal or external efficiencies, generate revenue and/or reduce cost to the company.

4) Develop and enforce operational processes and procedures to improve APLL stability and capability.

5) Develop and maintain systems to establish comprehensive monitoring and measurement of APLL operation process with focus on key performance indicators.

6) Coordinate and deliver on-Job training & company required training.

7) Develop GSSC SQ staff and make the succession plan.

8) Support Global SQ and handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by Global SQ.

2. Qualification

1) University Degree with minimum 5~7 years working experience in the logistics environment including logistics management, freight solutions, warehousing and distribution and other supply chain-related services.

2) Well balanced between solid operations/commercial sense and the execution aspects.

3) Strong project and process management and coordination skills, and ability to excel in a fluid, cross-functional team environment.

4) Creative individual who takes ownership and brings to the table solid solutions.

5) Customer oriented with the ability to establish strong relationships and interact effectively with customers at various levels.

6) Excellent command of English language skills in written and verbal form.
