职位描述：
Responsibilities:

? Project Q control( initial CP finish and Q wall establish and test plan implement, and lead to track and push to resolve issue by A3 if need during GP12);

? Collect new program and ECN PPAP files and submit to customer for approval per timing plan including IMDS submit if need;
? Organize and push team or responsible department to resolve external like QDR/warranty etc.and internal A/B type issue by Q tooling such as A3/8D/X-bar/ test data analyse etc., forming L&L to cross-check and standardization to better prevent Q issue occurring;

? Get the latest Q information Including customer special requirement timely and effectively communicate with customer by using customer portals;

? Summary Q performance and hold Q meeting regularly and upload related data in B-CAQ timely;
? Responsible to plan and implement Q activity like Q monthly star/ Q net/A3 meeting etc. to raise and early warn potential Q risk

? Follow and monitor BCP/CPM/NCP procedure in manufacturing process and update CP and relevant document including FPI/in-process/final/diapatch inspection if need
? Some improvement and support action if necessary per related requirement of QMS

Experience:
? College's degree, Engineering or comparable education
? Certified Internal Auditor by KAUTEX or external body
? Experience in negotiation with customers and suppliers
? Product knowledge is important
? Knowledge of applicable customer-specific requirements
? Knowledge in statistics, FMEA, Control Plan APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, DOE and product and process capability
? Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and business systems, e.g.: 5S, standardized work, Kanban, visual management
? Good English language skills is preferred
? Applying useful tools ( A3, PDCA, 5 why) to find root cause 举报 分享
