工作内容：Details
参与公司市场营销策略的制定；Assist in defining the market strategy
协助负责完成公司下达的销售任务指标；Assist in achieving the sales targets
参与制定本区域营销计划；Participate in define the sales plan for the region
提供市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息；feedback timely the information from market reflecting customer needs
落实本区域货款的回收；Responsible for account receivable for the products sold
协助参与主持所负责客户的业务谈判及成交； Assistant in negotiation with customers
负责对所掌握项目进行跟踪协调；Be responsible for all follow ups of owned project
处理客户投诉；dealing with customer requirements and complains
任职资格：Job Qualification
教育背景:Education background
市场营销专业或相关专业本科以上学历。Major in Business or marketing related area with bachelor or higher degree。 MBA preferred
培训经历:Training background
受过市场营销、管理技能开发、财务知识、产品知识等方面的培训。Being trained on marketing management, products, economics, financial and management skills
技能技巧:Skills
对市场营销工作有较深刻认知，有良好的市场判断能力和开拓能力；Has excellent understanding of sales and marketing functions and good judgment on market and excellent business development skills
有较强的市场销售经验和市场嗅觉；Has strong sales experience and business sense
熟练操作办公软件。familiar with office software
优秀的中英文读写能力。Excellent reading or writing in Chinese or English
