职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责公司设备的维修工作，及时做好问题诊断与维修并记录；
2、制定公司设备保养计划，并按计划实施保养工作；
3、根据库存情况提交设备备件申请并做好设备备件台帐；
4、指导操作工完成设备预防性维护保养及简单维修工作并记录，降低产品报废率，降低维修停机时间；
5、做好日常设备巡检工作，及时发现问题，处理设备隐患，努力确保OEE达到80%以上；
6、协助主管做好设备工装的持续改进作。

任职要求：
1、高中、中专及以上学历；
2、汽车制造行业机电维修岗位3年以上工作经验；
3、有3年以上电气维修经验，会西门子PLC的优先；
4、有电工操作证，会强电的优先；
5、有一定电脑应用基础的优先；
