该职位汇报给店面产品全国销售经理。该职位办公地点在深圳，主要工作职责为华南地区店面产品业务的发展和开拓，需要与团队紧密合作，发展和完成公司制定的店面产品销售指标。
工作职责：
l 维护和发展华南地区店面产品业务。
l 加强与一级和二级代理商的联系与合作，发展销售网络。
l 发展传统实体零售商店业务（店面陈列、广告、产品培训等）。
l 发展和开拓行业集成商网络，强化FLIR产品知识和行业应用点。
l 最终用户拜访和产品演示，针对不同行业的店面产品应用案例挖掘。
l 公司布置的其他工作任务。
应聘条件：
l 本科及以上学历，机械自动化、光电或计算机等相关专业。
l 3年以上渠道管理方面销售工作经验。
l 良好的市场敏锐度和解决问题的能力。
l 能适应频繁的出差工作。
l 出色的人际沟通能力。流利的中文及良好的商务英语能力。
l 具有出色的团队合作精神，同时也具备独立完成工作的能力。
l 出色的时间管理能力，有效安排工作计划。

Position Description:
Reporting to the national sales manager of shop line products. This position is located in Shenzhen and will fully dedicate in shop line products business. Work closely with the team to develop shop line business and drive sales results.
Duties & Responsibilities:
l Maintenance and develop shop line business in South China.
l Strengthen the relationship with T1/T2 dealers to develop our channel network.
l Develop retail shop business (shop display, advertisement, products training…) to drive sales results.
l Develop contractor channel business, strong their knowledge of FLIR products and applications.
l End-user visit for demonstration requirements and develop application stories in different industries for target shop line products.
l Other task assigned by managers.
Education & Experience:
l Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
l Minimum 3 years of channel management working experience.
l Strong marketing sense and good ability in problem solving.
l Willing to travel frequently.
l Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent Chinese, business level English.
l Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
l Good time management skills.
