工作职责:
Job Title: European Regional HRBP of Terminal Business(终端欧洲区域HRBP)
Location: European Countries
Purpose: This position is targeted to administer HR policies and programs at a work site or for designated BU in different HR modules, such as HR planning, recruitment, training, C&B, staffing, performance Evaluation. In the frame of Human Resource strategy, gradually consummate the strategy and implement the plan into different level’s organization.
Responsibilities:
Any candidate who applies to this position should be familiar with all or parts of the following modules:
1) HR Planning
- Hold the good understanding about business and process, and be able to design the HR plan and update the current system according to business prediction.
- Be expert to align the HR plan to the Business Operation and measure the result of HR plan.
2) Recruitment
- Manage the whole recruitment process (starting from JD modification the offer made) to align with defined guideline and Channels.
- Be positive to predict the Hiring requirements and build up the talent pool according to the business to improve the efficiency of Hiring.
- Own good understanding and plentiful experience in resume screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
3) Compensation and Benefit
- Administer HR programs and service (Salary Market Survey, salary structure design, Annual salary Planning and salary adjustment execution.
- Fully understand the latest countries’ statutory requirement and collect the salary and benefit statistical date and make suggestion for the company.
4) Performance Management
- Works with line managers on job scoping, job description, KPI setting, evaluation, and promotion decisions.
- Coaches managers and employees on performance improvement according to the evaluation result and observation.
5) Training
- Identify the organization training requirements through effective ways and design the training programs accordingly.
- Be able to design training system, and courses, and Facilitate and coordinate the delivery of all kinds of Training
6) Staffing
- Fully understand the country’s and company’s regulation, and monitor and carry out the HR operation accordingly.
- Have good sense on internationalization and localization, and be good at creating the integrated and efficient work environment in mixed culture.

7) Team Management
- Handle the essential team management skills or experienced expert is preferred
- Specially hold the abilities to lead the team to be excellent in performance appraisal and spirit building.
任职资格:
1) Bachelor or master degree must be needed in human resource, psychology, MBA, and so on.
2) Have 5-8 working experiences in Human resource practice, and similar industries are preferred.
3) Be expert in all or most parts of HR modules (HR Planning, Recruitment, C&B, Performance, Training, and Staffing) and be familiar to the Europe Labor law.
4) Be able to read, write and speak English proficiently and analyze and interpret company policy and guidelines.
5) Be experienced to design and modify policies, regulation, and write efficient work report and analysis.
6) Be inclusive for different cultures, working environment,.
7) Be positive to figure out issues, requirements and raise related solution.
8) Be able to work in pressure to recognize the priority and deliver the work efficiently.
9) Have a wide vision of internationalization, and working experience in Multinational corporations is preferred.
