1. Lead internal workshop logistic process design with warehouse support
在仓库团队的支持下进行车间内部物流流程的设计

2. Setup standard warehouse process and related operation standard time
设立仓库流程操作的标准时间

3. Lead kaizen project of internal logistic efficiency improvement and package design of incoming materials.
进行车间内部物流效率的改善及来料包装的改善

4. Plan the internal logistic route between warehouse and workshop
规划内部仓库与车间之间的物流路线

5. Support workshop layout design
参与车间布局设计

6. Support improvement projects relates to standard hour reduction, productivity improvement and other KPI
参与优化标准时间、提高生产效率等绩效指标的改善项目或活动
</p><br><p>Bachelor of industry engineering or logistic engineering；better to have project management experience
工业工程或者物流工程专业背景; 有项目管理经验为佳
Have at least 8 years working experience as industry engineer in manufacturing company to implement continuous improvement in production and logistic
有至少8年在制造企业担任工业工程师进行产线及物流改进的工作经验
Fluent commend of Chinese and English, both written and spoken
流利中英文表达能力
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to express a subject clearly and understandable and to persuade others.
良好的沟通能力和人际关系技巧。能够明确表达观点、易懂，能够说服他人。
Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks
良好的组织能力，迅速解析任务的优先级
Ability to adjust or adapt to changed situations, problems and tasks quickly
