职位描述：
· 1.Responsible of keeping production equipment running in good condition, monitor equipment status and continue improvement the performance of equipment.持续改进设备的性能确保生产设备能够良好的运行，监控设备的状态，持续跟踪优化设备的性能。

· 2.Strictly implement PM activities according to plan, perform troubleshooting for all equipment issue regarding of software and hardware to reduce down time, such as, control system, program, mechanical,　electrical, hydraulic and so on.排查设备故障原因，减少停机时间.

· 3.Make sure equipment integrity compliance with requirements, such as update PM plan, SOP, PM checklist and equipment list. 确保设备的作业流程，设备的点检，保证设备的正常使用。

· 4.Responsible of spare part management, establish spare list, safety stock and order spare part in time to make sure no any shutdown due to part shortage issue.备件的管理，建立备件清单、安全库存，确保没有因为备件短缺而造成设备停机。

· 5.Monitor energy consumption and work out solution to energy cost down constantly.检测消耗，并找出问题点解决，减低成本。

· 6. Make training for shift leader and electrican.培训线长和电工。

· 7. Organize and coordinate technician close routine work on time and provide professional training for technician.安排协调维修工的日常工作，为相关人员提供培训。

· 8.Finish other works arranged by maintenance manager.维修经理的安排的其他事情。

· 任职要求：

· 1.本科以上学历。 College degree or above.

· 2.三年以上同行业工作经验。Having 3-year working experience in the same industry.

· 3.有较强的责任心，良好团队协作能力、沟通能力、谦虚踏实。Having a stronger sense of responsibility, good teamwork ability, communicationskills, and humility. 举报 分享
