Job Description:
·To contact potential air and ocean freight customers to develop new businesses. 1 RFQ per month be required. Making required sales call :No less than 60 calls per month. Include 8 join sale calls with product leader. And more than 20 target accounts be required.

·To maintain regular and productive contacts with existing customers and to provide follow-up services as needed.
·To solicit and analyse sales and competitive market information for the management.
·To coordinate with Air and Ocean Departments for business dealings with existing and new customers
·To develop competitive sales lead for overseas counterparts. No more than 5 outgoing leads per month be required.
·To implement effective list management in order to achieve monthly targets.
·To achieve 100% coverage on the territory list.
·To implement effective prospect management and outlook process.
·To implement disciplined sales activities.
·To effectively implement integrated account reviews process for major General Accounts and to attain account retention and market penetration objectives.
·To ensure optimal efficiency and quality standard of the sales workforce.
·To sustain market leader positions in all products and lane segments.
·To attend training & development sessions and keep developing sales skills and updating industry knowledge.
·To implement Customer First Strategy.
·To perform special projects as required to meet the Company's needs.
·To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.

The Qualification:
·College or University graduate, major in English,international trade, sales or logistics services is preferred.
·Fluency using English in listening,talking,reading and writing; Familiar with Microsoft office, especially in using WORD, EXCEL and PPT.
·Good communication & presentation skills.
·Team player and results oriented.
·Willing & able to work under pressure.
·One or two years logistic working experience or above two years sales experience is preferred.
