The position incumbent ensures, that
? To assist Operation Director to support the new plant set up issues and to be lunched on time.
? To develop and execute framework and plans to expand the process management competency across the organization. Further driving a process focused accountability and mindset across the organization and greater ownership of business processes and outcomes at the functional levels.
? Enforces standardized work instructions for manufacturing processes through the use of lean techniques (Workplace organization, housekeeping (5S), standardized work and all related standards and procedures.).
? To bridge up between design, engineering, manufacturing, quality and production to achieve the best products design and manufacturing with the highest quality, on-time delivery and lowest costs.
? Oversee organizational process design, process decomposition and process re-engineering efforts across multiple business units. Ensure that process change efforts are integrated with other change management activities and deliver an integrated solution that considers the full end-to-end impact to the organization.
? Oversee ongoing development of process managements and process architecture capability and execution. Includes the oversight of the existing portfolio of process improvement and process transformation projects and ensuring that all projects are adhering to established standards, achieving the desired business benefits, and aligned with business expectations.
? Based on his own experiences, this candidate will launch the coordinating projects between EETS and global, to enhance the cooperation of both sides in design, engineering, program managements, quality, procurements and manufacturing, to smooth out the operations, to support each other in different market, and to achieve the common goals.
Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:
? Bachelor degree(s) or above.
? Lean management skill needed.
? Six sigma green-belts needed.
? More than 8 years of management working experiences in businesses or operations – experiences in automotive industries preferred.
? Accept frequent business travel
