About Us:

We are a national transportation logistics company offering an entry/advanced level customer service position in our freight department. Our services are designed to build long-term customer relationships by creating individual shipping solutions for our clients. The customer service plays an important part in the company. This position is responsible for the office, sales, and production departments. The customer service coordinator must be flexible and work well under pressure and must display a friendly-professional demeanor. Routinely interacts with all levels of the organization and is relied on for ad hoc projects and routine tasks. Must be versatile and organized.

-Track shipments from loading to delivery

-Booking and tracking domestic and international freight shipments

-Auditing freight invoices

审核发票

-General customer service inquiries

一般货物的询价

-General problem solving related to shipment issues

处理货物的运输问题

-Notify Management of any issues that could potentially cause failure
