Report to:
R&D Manager

Responsibilities:
1) Organization and management of the design and CAE team; work distribution to the designers; team build-up to meet BU's long range requirement with the support of supervisor and HR
2) Review and approval 3D/2D drawings from designer, internal and external design release
3)Keep updated with most edged technology in engine cooling products, and automotive filtration products
4) Know deeply the powertrain design and development trend, method to emission reduction, fuel consumption reduction, and NEV technology
5) Familiar with up-to-dated CAD & CAE technology and tool
6) Result interpretation from FEM and CFD report
7) Have to be a company image in product design and CAE realm in front of customer; close contact with customer technical team
8) Other assigned work

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, Automotive and the relevant.
2) Min 5-year experience in Design & CAE realm within in the automotive industry
3) Solid knowledge and experience in engine cooling system including Thermostat, Coolant Regulator, Coolant Reservoir and in engine fuel distribution system including Fuel Rail and in breaking system including Breaking Fluid Reservoir..
4) Knowledge on plastic molding
5) Fluent use at least one of the 3 software of UG, Catia, and/or Pro-E
6) Team player with strong communication skills, and have to be a team leader
International mind set; English and Chinese bilingual is a must
