Position Title: National Sales Manager, Specialty China/SEA

Position Reports to: APC BU Manager

Location: Shanghai/Guangzhou

Business Background: The company focuses on the advantages of strong brand names, proprietary technology, and leading market positions.

Position Summary:

l This position has the responsibility for new business developing and opportunity growth in China/SEA. Work with current specialty product sales team through Key customer developing, sales management and distribution development/management. Develop other specialty product lines business in China/SEA. Implementing BU level strategy PD plans, managing all sales functions including sales reports, action plans and internal communications.

Essential Responsibilities:

l Leadership.

l Explore and penetrate new market and vertical accounts

l Organize regional sales daily work, action plans and sales metrics with BU

l Win new project and OEM by value selling, pre-call plan and funnel process

l Develop and manage channel by coaching and implementing funnel process

l Through VOC process, Initiate/ manage the Feedback NPI by closely working with Tianjin and BU engineering team.

Job Requirements

l Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, or other related technical field, MBA is preferred

l At least 10 years sales experience on Sales and Marketing position in Industry market.

l More than 5 years as senior manager driving sales/marketing team or BD function.

l Solid skill of BD, sales and key account management/Channel management skill.

l Good presentation skill and persuading skill

l Well organized, good customer communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

l Self-motivated & customer-oriented team player

l Teamwork, collaborative with customers, suppliers & associates at all levels towards mutual objectives.

l Working experience multinational company is highly expected.

l Knowledge and use of Microsoft Windows and Office for reporting.

l Willing to travel frequently

l Fluent in written and oral English
