岗位职责:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1、在机械和电器方面建立和完善有效的预防性维护计划,监控预防性维护计划的执行状态,并分析其结果;
Establish and maintain effective preventative maintenance schedule in mechanical and electrical area, monitoring the
implement status and analyzing the PM result;
2、通过预防性维护工作的开展,有效地把现场设备应急性维修时间控制到最小;
Responsible for preventive maintenance to minimize down time.
3、通过日常设备故障的分析,有效地改善设备维护方法;
Improvement maintenance methods by analyzing routine failures.
4、备件计划的制定和维护成本的控制;
Spare parts plan and maintenance cost control.
5、在设备数据的提供和综合问题的查找方面给予相关不同部门的有力支持;
Work with all different departments on providing data and verification of failure.
6、给予工程项目和生产部门有力的支持,以提高和改善包括安全,生产量,质量和成本控制等;
Work with Engineering and Production to support and improve safety, productivity, quality and cost.
7、支持和/或者直接管控公司目标,如成本控制,生产量和质量提升等;
Support and/or drive cost reduction, productivity and quality improvement goals.
8、在必要的情况下,评估和分析设备的独特问题,包括其故障机理和维护维修方法.
Evaluate and/or analyze unique problems with equipment, troubleshoot equipment failures and repair as needed.

要求/经验
REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE
1、3年及以上汽车零部件行业维护工作背景.
3+ years auto industry maintenance background.
2、有能力阅读英语技术资料,并编写和阅读英语电子邮件.
Be capability of reading technical English, Email writing and reading.
3、丰富的办公电脑技能,并有CAD绘图经验.
Strong PC skills and CAD experience.
4、偏重于电器自动化方面的基础和问题解决能力.
Good electric aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
5、具有PLC维护经验.
PLC experience.
6、具有工业机器人方面的工作经验.
Industry robot experience.
7、具有机械,液压,气动方面的知识.
Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic knowledge.
8、能够指导和培训维修工.
Ability to guide and train maintenance workers.
9、能够周末和晚上加班工作.
Can work overlaod at evening and weekend.
10、良好的自学能力.
Good self education ability.
11、大专及以上机械或电器自动化相关专业.
The position requires a college Degree or above in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
