职位描述：
Principle Accountabilities ：
Responsible for process development tasks, support of reliability evaluation and acceptance, to prepare and submit on time and the materials of PPAP and ensure obtain client approval, ensure the quality of products.
负责产品先期开发过程中涉及质量部负责的产品，过程开发任务、检具可靠性评审及验收的支持，对PPAP相关资料的准时制定和提交，并保证取得客户批准，保证产品和质量；
Responsible for planning for product and process quality control and audit, internal audit rules and strictly enforced, promote conformity of the external audit.
负责工厂产品及生产过程质量控制的策划和审核，制定内部审核规范并严格执行，提升外部审核的符合性；
Responsible for customer quality problem of accurate judgment and timely solve, keep good communication with customers, to customers (internal and external) complaint handling, to ensure the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and to find suitable opportunities.
负责客户质量问题的准确判断和及时解决，与客户保持良好的沟通交流，对客户（内部和外部）投诉处理，确保客户满意度及寻找合适的持续改进机会；
To prepare and review the product quality inspection and control documents, ensure that the product production process under control.
负责制定和审核产品质量方面的检验及控制文件，确保产品生产过程处于受控状态；
Participate in fixture design review and acceptance, measurement system and process capability analysis plan and implement, review and statistical process control and inspection records.
参与检具设计方案的审核和验收，制定测量系统和过程能力分析计划并实施，统计并审核过程控制和检验记录；
Implement quality system and process audit continuous improvement goals, formulate relevant improvement scheme and implementation.
贯彻质量体系及过程审核持续改进目标，制定相关改进方案并实施；
On a regular basis to share experiences, optimize the process, and constantly learning new ideas, new knowledge, new tools, guidance and training other employees to improve their professional skills, led the team members to solve important technical problems/complete the important project.
定期进行经验总结分享，优化流程，并不断学习新理念、新知识、新工具，指导和培养其他员工提升专业技能，带领团队成员解决重大技术难题/完成重要项目；
Assume the company TS16949 / ISO14000 standards of management responsibility, ensure the effective operation, and constantly perfect the relevant procedures within the department and its application.
承担公司相关TS16949/ISO14000标准要求的管理责任，确保有效运行，并不断在部门内完善相关程序及其应用；
Ensure the quality of purchasing parts and raw materials of a goal.
保证公司采购零件和原材料的质量目标达成；
Ensure company purchasing parts and raw materials quality objectives to ensure supplier quality management, quality control system and the effectiveness of the process.
保证供应商质量管理、质量控制体系及流程的有效性；
Control and Audit the quality system of vendor,promote the continuous progress of supplier quality system and quality level.
进行供应商体系监控和过程审核，推进供应商质量体系和质量水平的持续进步；
Control vendor quality status, integrate and maintain supplier quality files, management and trace complaints and improvement measures on the issue of supplier, coordinate internal system to communicate with the supplier's quality activities, organizing and planning related supplier training activities.
监控供应商实物质量状态，整合和维护供应商质量档案，管理和追溯对供应商的问题抱怨和改进措施，协调公司内部系统与供应商的质量活动交流，组织、策划相关的供应商培训活动；
Planning and management quality of regulatory documents and agreement with the supplier necessary behavior.
策划和管理与供应商之间有关质量法规文件和协议的必要行为；
Resolve customer complaints about the quality problem of the supplier in, track and push supplier timely rectification.
处理客户投诉中有关供应商的质量问题，跟踪并推进供应商按期整改；
Responsible for a major quality problem of suppliers planning and implementation of special control measures.
负责对有重大质量问题的供应商策划并实施特别控制措施；
Control the quality of the procurement costs, based on the agreement of delivery of product quality and suppliers, to suppliers to lodge a claim needs and ensure the validity of the claims actions.
进行采购件的质量成本控制，基于和供应商签署的交付产品质量协议，向供应商提起索赔需求并保证索赔行为的有效性；
Collection, summary, analysis and submit monthly supplier quality performance report.
收集、汇总、分析并提交每月供应商质量表现报告；
Support other projects assigned by department manager.
支持部门经理分配的各项工作任务。
Positions Requirements:
Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
本科或以上学业，机械工程学士学位
3 years or more relevant experience in quality supervisory, experience in foreign-owned enterprises or JVs will be an added advantage
3年或以上质量管理相关工作经验，有外企或合资单位经验者更佳
Good command of English
英语良好
Can work in high pressure;
