Job Description
1.Handle the processing of customer’s transactions according to the process requirements and performance levels agreed with customer
2.Be able to answer customers' query in English via email or phone call
3.Demonstrate professionalism with supervisor, fellow peers and customers in getting team’s goals accomplished
4.Provide value add service to customers by continual process improvement

Requirement
1. College or above, major in English, Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related fields , or relevant
2.Familiar with SQL Server and database programming. Good Java development basic technology
3. Good attitude on learning new skills and strong study ability
4. Proactive, diligent and self-disciplined
5. Be good at MS Excel
6. Fluent English on both oral and writing
7. Be good at communications and service oriented
