DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Detect customer unmet need, then based on core competences, conceptualize and develop a solution that will cover that unmet need, bringing value to the customer and making business sense.
2. Proactively and autonomously, seeks and secure new profitable business with current and new customers with solutions outside our current product portfolio.
3. Act as the link in-between the customer departments (development engineering, manufacturing, etc.) and the right people.
4. Manage new product line extension with counter parts in Magna global organization.
5. Provide support to the Sales Account Managers in order to detect and develop new business outside our current product portfolio.
6. Lead the Business Development activities and accordingly propose the strategy.
7. Propose proactively to the Product, Sales & Marketing Director new business strategies in order to increase market share and profitability.
8. Constantly be aware of our competition in our niche and updates the management.
QUALIFICATION
1. Bachelor degree major in business or engineering.
2. 8+relevant working experience, at least 5 years in automotive industry.
3. Self-motivated and result driven
4. Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills and acting as a powerful team player.
5. Fluent in Mandarin and English

SHANGHAI, China, January 25, 2016 – Magna International Inc. announced today that it is growing its footprint in China, with the establishment of a new seating engineering center in the Xuhui District of Shanghai.
The newly established engineering center will help Magna match the pace of growth in the world’s largest automotive market. The new location, which will include a seating testing lab and prototype shop, will employ approximately 60 people initially, but is expected to increase employment to more than 100 at full capacity.
