职位描述：
Roles and responsibilities:
? Budget control and make sure the development of integrated brand and marketing campaign including ATL/BTL/PR/Social/CRM/retail, will be consistent in driving brand and business objective
? Actively seek new and innovative/creative ideas to develop events programs to drive footfall and sales
? Develop promotion and artwork briefs and collaterals
? Continually provide information of competitors and market conditions in order to ensure the mall’s event is effectively differentiated in relation to the competition, market demographics
? Market research, focus group and brand health tracking for better understanding of Chinese market consumer insight;
? Maximize the performance of advertising, PR and media buying agencies
? Control media investment according to marketing budget.
? Identify and Evaluate event agency contracts on an annual basis.
? Work with media and tenants to seek out synergistic opportunities to leverage budget through sponsorship marketing efforts.

Key Skills Requirements/Qualifications:
? Minimum 8 – 10 years of in-house marketing professionals experience in retail stores, departmental store or retail property industry.
? Self-motivated, willingness to work hard for success
? Proven capability on project management and leading the team, and good team work spirit
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and conscientious attitude, and integrity personality
? Exceptional Chinese verbal and written communication skills, good English skills will be a privilege.
