Within the framework of corporate HR strategies, policies, and guidelines, partner with the business leaders and internal trainers to manage and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs to meet the business needs; manage talent development to support internal talent supply.
Training Course Development(40%)
Identify training needs by analyzing the business needs and capability gaps across the Company.
Develop or source, internally or externally, the necessary training courses that best meet the business needs.
Actively involve in and support the Business Managers led training course development.
Continuously assess new training courses and techniques from external vendors to ensure the courses and training techniques used at Lamex are the most up to date.
Ensure consistency and high quality in all training courses developed across the Company.
Update the training courses timely to ensure they are current and relevant to the business.
Training Course Delivery and Tracking(40%)
Manage the scheduling aspect of all training courses ensuring the best available trainer is delivering the course and ensure the scheduling is done in the most cost effective manner.
Ensure business leaders are provided with regular information on training programs delivered, measurement on the training results versus desired outcome.
Determine the relative strengths and weaknesses of the respective programs from the feedback acquired and make the necessary adjustments to improve the programs.
Deliver training courses as required by Lamex University.
Training School management(10%)
Manage the Internal Trainer program, develop initiatives to attract, develop, and motivate the trainers.
Manage the regular accreditation/re-accreditation of all internal trainers across the Company.
Keep track of performance of the internal trainers and improve their training skills as required.
Keep all training materials up-to-date centrally.
Manage the training costs within budget.
Talent Management&Development(10%)
Assess and analyze the current talent distribution, develop and maintain the right talent distribution.
Facilitate and monitor the development and implementation of the Talent development action plan.
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor degree above, preferably in business administration or training related field.
8 + years of professional training, training management ,and talent management experience, preferably in multinational companies.
Excellent Chinese (Mandarin) and English Communication and Writing Skills.
Travel up to 10% of work time under normal conditions.
