职位描述：
车联网保险高级规划专员，隶属于业务规划部门，负责根据行业趋势及公司技术能力，规划车联网保险相关服务，服务平台主要为车载屏及手机应用。Sr. UBI Product Specialist is responsible for UBI service planning, according to both industry trend/practice and company capability. UBI service platform mainly focuses on vehicle head-unit and mobile apps.

该职位不仅需要支持UBI商务沟通、支持UBI整体方案设计；还需协调内外部资源，负责UBI服务具体设计，并对后续研发测试进行监控、以保证服务有效落地与用户体验；此外，该职位还需具备一定的业务数据分析能力 The position requires applicants not only support UBI business negotiation and UBI overall planning, but also coordinate int. and ext. resources, to detail UBI business requirements and monitor service development quality and user experience. Besides, professional business data analyzing skills is also required.


? 支持UBI商务沟通（比如：与保险监管部门、保险公司沟通）
Support UBI business negotiation (e.g. with insurance regulators and insurers)

? 支持UBI整体方案设计（比如：设计商业模式、预估投资收益、验证技术方案可行性，设计用户体验场景等） Support UBI overall planning, according to business negotiation, industry trend/practice and company capability (e.g. business model design, ROI analysis, tech feasibility analysis, use case design, and etc.)

? 管理UBI数据建模项目
Support UBI modeling project management

? 协调内外部资源，负责UBI服务具体设计，并对后续研发测试进行监控、以保证服务有效落地与用户体验 Coordinate int. and ext. resources, to detail UBI business requirements and monitor service development quality and user experience

? 与运营、公关、市场等部门合作，计划并执行运营和推广方案Cooperate with Operation, PR, Marketing and other related department, to plan and executive operation and marketing plan

? 支持UBI 运维数据分析
Support UBI operation data analysis

技能要求 / TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
? 2年以上车联网、互联网或汽车相关行业的项目管理或产品管理经验
2+ related project/product management experience in telematics, Internet or Auto related industry

? 善于明确并理解业务目标，并能有效转化为数据分析问题
Ability to deal with ambiguity and deliver on business objectives, to translate business requirements into data analysis definition and task

? 熟悉至少一种数据分析工具
Familiar with one or more of analytical tools, such as Excel, SAS, SPSS etc.
