职位描述：
岗位职责
1、进行LED驱动电源、开关变压器等硬件设计，硬件电路的模拟仿真、完成技术文案；
2、独立牵头承担设计项目，按照一定的开发流程规划新产品，并与系统设计项目衔接；
3、对设计电源电路进行调试、检测，并提出技术要求及生产工艺流程、检验控制点；
4、与部门同事合作承担设计项目，参与项目评审、试验、产品状态跟踪，并注重控制设计成本，寻求最优方案；
5、辅助产品的量产投产，对生产工艺、质量检验进行必要的指导；
6、其他临时性事务；

岗位要求
1、电子相关专业，熟悉模电与磁性元件设计，基础知识扎实；
2、了解开关电源技术，能熟练应用工具软件进行电子电路设计、仿真、调试等操作；
3、有一定的英语水平，具备科技文献检索与阅读技能，良好的沟通表达能力与自学能力；
4、身心健康，对新鲜事物有敏锐的洞察力，思路开阔，兴趣爱好广泛，具有良好的独立思维能力以及团队协作精神，工作责任心、动手能力强，具备创新与钻研精神，能承受一定的工作压力；
5、关注新科技发展动向，热爱生活，胸怀宽广，有LED照明领域从业经验者优先； 举报 分享
