职位描述：
Main Tasks:
- Leading the month end closing work.
- Responsible for all group /operational/local reports.
- Initiate all kinds of analysis independently with the tool of SAP/HFM/BW. Find the root cause of the deviation and keep the continuous monitoring of the deviation.
- Initiate the monthly cost center cost review with all department managers to ensure a proper costing structure, set the target together with the department manager and drive them for continuous improvement.
- Cooperate with project leader for the project analysis, know-how about the technical; convert it to financial data to check the feasibility and the progress of the related project, do EVA calculation of the project.
- Assist superior for the quarterly forecast and annual budget.
- Keep close relationship with the relevant department, such as Production, PPC, OH, LOGISTIC.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, major in accounting, passed CET-4.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess rich cost management and financial analysis ability.
- Computer skills: MS Office, EXCEL.
- Familiar with SAP/ BW/ HFM.
- Good communication skill.
