? Check and review the expenses and payment supporting documentation for its accuracy and completely before process the payment.
? Be responsible for the daily cash/bank transactions as business requirement.
? Process cash/bank journal entries to system.
? Perform the daily cash management to optimize the cash flow.
? Perform the reconciliation as MTS requirement.
? Perform the reconciliation for cash on hand and cash in bank each month.
? Provide statistics report to local government monthly and quarterly.
? Comply with internal procedure, accounting policy, government rules.
? Other tasks assigned by the immediate manager.
