职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.协助人力行政部完善公司人力资源制度；
2.对公司员工劳动合同、人事档案进行管理；
3.协助制定培训的计划及培训的执行；
4.公司员工劳动合同管理、员工福利的办理、社保公积金缴纳、所得税提报等工作；
5.负责招聘的实施，招聘计划的拟定和人员需求分析，建立和持续拓展有效的招聘渠道，保证人力资源获取的质量和效率 ；
6.监督、检查集团制度执行情况；
7.负责人力各类文件、报告、通知的起草和发放；
8.上级安排的其他事宜。

岗位要求：
1.全日制本科及以上学历，有2年以上相同（或相近）岗位工作经历；
2.熟悉人力资源管理系统知识，具有较强的公文撰写能力；
3.具有清晰的职业生涯规划，明确的工作计划能力和执行能力。 举报 分享
