职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据工程管理部经理的工作安排，负责项目工程建设施工现场的管理；
2、制定项目工作计划，做好现场管理日记，协调好施工、监理单位与建设单位的关系；
3、及时处理施工中遇到的一般问题，如遇疑难问题及时向部门经理汇报并处理，并按照部门经理下达的任务及计划实施方案执行。
4、组织实施工程质量、安全、进度、文明施工等管理，保证工程质量、工期按预定计划顺利实施；
5、按月向部门经理上报有关经济计划指标（施工所需材料、设备、施工单位工程进度及现场临时设施费用等），并对施工、监理单位上报的月工程量进行初步审核；
6、督促监理单位加强对施工单位所进场原材料质量的检验，杜绝劣质材料进入施工现场、杜绝施工单位偷工减料的行为，工程管理部不定期对施工现场进行检查；
7、审查施工单位施工组织设计或施工方案，督促施工单位严格按照有关规范、标准及所签合同施工；
8、加强对监理单位的日常管理，实行监理考勤、查岗制度。定期或不定期检查监理单位签证情况；
 
任职资格：
1、具备工民建或相关专业本科或以上学历；
2、持工程类中级或以上职称证书；
3、熟悉房地产开发过程及建筑施工管理知识；
4、具备工作主动性、责任感、原则性、学习能力、创新意识、培养人才、人际理解力、协调能力等良好素质；
5、3年以上建筑或房地产管理及施工管理工作经验；
6、热爱公司、忠于职守、品质优良、身体健康。 举报 分享
