职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Stipulate and determine tasks within the framework of the objective and setting of tasks, and follow up the working results and create related action plans. Make performance appraisals of the workers.
? Implement the production plan. Responsible for providing the suggestions to the production plan and supervise production scheduling. Continuously improve production performance (Overall Equipment Effectiveness/Productivity/Output/Utilization) and fulfill delivery plan.
? Implement the Bosch Production System and make use of lean production tools and 6 sigma etc. to track engineering process and 5S status.
? Responsible for monitoring and controlling process quality. Maintain and improve production process quality preventive control method and standardization.
? Responsible for the production of technical and quality assurance, lead to solving the customer complain related to production process and internal fault problem.
? Guarantee the information flow and maintain favorable employees’ relationship.
? Identify & deploy the principles about training needed and qualification, supporting incentive measures and remuneration adaptations.
? Set up and improve the production framework in order to ensure effectively.
? Coach & mentor all section leaders on the professional development in order to drive breakthrough performance and expectations.
? Safety management. Monitor and assure the related KPIs;

Qualification:
? Bachelor degree or above with engineering, mechanical, related major.
? Five years above working experiences in automotive industry in production area. Have experience regarding production team
? Leadership skills (need to moderate and coordinate a team to achieve targets)
? Know well about product/system knowledge.
? Good project management and complaint management.
? Good cross functional working method and interpersonal skill.
? Master personal planning, shift arrangement method.
? Clear about the target tracking and targeting deployment method.
? Experienced on conflict management and good at coach & develop staff.
? Excellent communication, execution and coordination skills.
? Good command of English in reading, writing, listening and speaking. 举报 分享
