职位描述：
Main Responsibility:
1. Accounting & Booking records
a) Supervising A/R, A/P, G/L module to ensure the timely and materially accurate accounting records made.
b) Ensure the reconciliation of the book balance with Bank / customers / suppliers / inter-companies / actual balance
c) Managing in VAT, Duty and other business tax and individual income tax filing, preparing corporate income tax return.
2. Reporting & Analysis
a) Ensure a proper Finance & Accounting documentation in compliance to legal requirements.
b) Maintain a real-time financial system data.
c) Provide accurate and on time reports, both local and global, and monthly reconciliation.
d) Provide an on time, material accurate, user-friendly, and useful monthly analysis package, including Value Maximization and Part Profitability Analysis.
e) Provide other ad hoc analysis per request
3. Internal Finance Control
a) Coordinate with other departments on accounting procedures on sales cycle, purchase cycle, fixed assets…etc. Improve the process flow, following up the implementation.
b) Verifying payment and reimbursement request, vouchers, journals
c) Monitor and ensure accuracies of inventory counts on both IFS and customs e-books
d) Watchdogs of CAPEX, expenses, expense reports, spending and petty cash
4. External Compliance
a) Deal with local taxation authority and other government agencies on tax/VAT issues.
b) Raise up and correct any incompliance in terms of policies set up by local legislation, including Tax Bureau, SAFE and Customs etc.
5. Working Capital & Cash Flow
a) Monitoring the working capital turn over, including on time debt collection and minimum stock level, to ensure a proper working capital level for daily operation.
b) Plan the collection, payment and management of cash flow according to weekly cash forecast; maintain a healthy cash flow to meet both strategic and operational requirements.
6. Others
a) Build up a strong finance team.
b) Complete temp task designated by Asia Finance Director

Qualification:
1. University graduate (4 years), Major in finance related
2. Trained to CPA level or equivalent
3. Manufacturing industry experience
4. Good understand of China GAAP or IAS.
5. Experience of leading a financial & accounting team.
6. Experience of international transactions inter-co & external
7. Good analytical skills in management accounting and finance management.
8. Working knowledge of Chinese legal, tax & financial regulations
