职位描述：
This position belongs to the Carton Board Business Development Organization with focus on business development / End-user management in China.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
    -Responsible for identifying and developing the brand owner base within the identified areas
    -Generate projects and projects within identified end user areas
    -Close projects to generate sales
    -Promote our products at end-users / brand owners
    -Work closely with sales to reach our targets
    -Work together with technical service when needed
   -Participate at packaging development projects at customers and brand-owners
   -Create leads through workshops and carton solutions work with brand owners
   -Identify new applications for our products outside current converting technologies
   -Participate at product development
   -Monitor and provide market intelligence on market trends and competitor activities
   -Steer marketing activities and continue building the Billerudkorsnäs brand in China together with sales and marketing
  -Maintain and further develop partner network

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:
   -College graduate or above, major in corresponding competence or related
   -Minimum five years of sales or business development experience within the consumer packaging industry
   -Technical understanding of fibre based packaging or the packaging value chain
   -Thorough and in-depth knowledge of consumer board products and markets
   -Systematic and driven
  -Strategic and analytic
  -Innovative and creative
  -Commercial mind set
  -Outgoing personality and being a good presenter / workshop leader
  -Ability and flexibility to work in changing as well as situational environments (i.e. internal production, SME companies to international companies in the value chain)
  -English, fluent verbally and in writing
