Work Description:

-By using scheduling software, define batch job as request in a timely manner.

-Monitor batch jobs; deal with error jobs upon advice from relevant parties to avoid schedule delay.

-Timely handle adhoc request; ensure scheduling remain intact and integrity.

-With extra carefulness and patience, fine-tuning and automation of scheduling processing to improve operation efficiency.

-Be able to avoid all kinds of misoperations as much as possible.

-Agree to work in shifts.

(Note: Batch Job is set of programs running in batch mode which provides data and information for the purpose of the telecom company operation including finance, billing, system analysis, etc. Scheduler control and monitor the batch job triggering and processing, with different scheduling tool in different system.)

Qualifications

-Good understanding of English (reading and listening), fluent in official written, good spoken English is preferable.(CET-4 or above).

-Degrees in both technical study and non-technical study are ok. Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential.
IT Savvy – ability to pick up new application in a short period of time.

-Hands on, pro-active, meticulous, multi-tasker and independent worker.

-Willingness to undertake additional works or adhoc assignments.

-Keen learner with a desire to continuously upgrade / improve one’s skill set and knowledge.

-Candidates experienced in batch job processing e.g. CA-7 / Control-M will be at an advantage.

-Candidates who have operated UNIX systems and can create shell scripts will be at an advantage.

电信运维 – 批处理程序调度员

主要工作职责：负责某海外大型电信运营商各种运营系统的生产维护及程序调度。

· 通过使用特定的软件工具，按照要求对程序运行的逻辑顺序和时间进行编排，确保运行结果的正确性，以实现公司业务运营的正常进行。其中也包括准确及时的完成例行的和不定期的各种需求；配合有关方面进行投产前各项测试，及投产的程序移植；妥善进行系统维护及各种计划内的系统中断时的运行安排，保证公司运营的连续性。

· 快速掌握调度软件工具及所有相关知识，实现对程序运行的有效控制。

· 能够在压力下工作并保证操作的准确性。善于与有关方面及时沟通澄清疑问，解决异常情况。

· 妥善管理各种文档，审计达标。

· 在保证系统运转平稳的前提下，不断改进现有流程，提出合理化建议。

· 避免发生各种误操作和差错。

· 能够适应倒班制工作要求。

（注：批处理程序就是一组编排在一起以批量作业形式存在的程序，目的是为了完成电信公司的各项运营流程，如财务，人力资源，流量管理，市场管理，账单系统等等。）

知识技能要求：

· 优良的英语理解能力（包括阅读和听力），熟练的商务写作能力，口语能力强者尤佳。

· 良好的计算机操作运用和理解能力，熟练使用Microsoft Office. （非计算机专业亦可）

· 熟悉CA7, ControlM，及Unix操作者优先。

能力素质要求：

· 一丝不苟，独立思考，能够高效准确的完成任务。

· 富有责任感，能够积极主动的完成例行工作外的任务，乐于帮助他人。

· 求知欲强，能够很好的归纳总结学到的知识。
