所属部门：研究部

岗位职责：
1、每一季度通过各个业务部门及主动收集到的数据观察市场动态，建立数据库，掌握以数理统计为基础的预测模型；
2、编写成都区域性市场研究报告，内容涉及办公楼，零售业，工业，工业园区，投资，宏观经济及住宅，报告分季报和年报，主要追踪租赁买卖市场动态，给予当前市场及以后趋势的专业评测和意见；
3、需与不同的业务部门，区域总部紧密合作；
4、积极主动的编写以当下新政策，二级市场动态预测和展望为主题的研究报告。

岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，海外留学为佳，房地产、经济学、工商管理等相关专业优先；
2、具有房地产咨询业及当地房产研究机构相关工作经验优先考虑，有商业地产经验为佳；
3、中英文流利，英语专业八级或CET6为佳，英语笔译能力较强，文笔良好；
4、熟练运用办公软件如Word, Excel及Power Point；
5、良好的表达能力，具有积极能动性，能在压力下工作并完成任务。 举报 分享
