职位描述：
1.Manage Quality KPI in the plant.
2.Develop and coordinate Quality Improvement Plan following guidance from Shanghai headquarter.
3.Manage Quality Engineer in the plant.
4.Support production team for daily quality issues and ensure standard/procedure is respected by corresponding function.
5.Lead QPR (Quality Problem Report) activity on daily basis for continuous improvement and follow actions assigned in QPR Meeting.
6.Train production team leader and supervisor Line Fast Response methodology and audit effectiveness of Line Fast Response activity.
7.Take part in Plant Fast Response as quality representative for reporting and action follow-up.
8.Work with customer quality manager in Shanghai to analyze customer quality issues and deliver corresponding analysis report with actions to follow.
9.Lead external & internal audit and follow up actions assigned in audit with corresponding responsible.
10.As Quality Representative of assigned production lines, she/he is able to stop the production line whenever quality risk is identified with approval of Shanghai Quality Manager.
11.Support Project Manager for new project development in APQP: Control plan, process audit, new project transferring’s sign-up..etc.…
