Responsibilities:
？ Report to Product Design Manager/Supervisor
？ New product design with 3D/2D drawing by Pro/E
？ Lead product design review with function team
？ Initiate product development documents such as PRD, DFMEA, DV/PV plan, etc.
？ Lead technical review (drawing ,spec and manufacture) with customer
？ Communicate with supplier for the feasibility study for components/material
？ Lead A/B sample making and perform the validation
？ Technical support/resolve problems of whole product life
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
？ B.S. of Engineering more than 8 years experiences; or Masters more than 5 years experiences. Connector design experience or automotive experience is a plus.
？ Familiar with manufacturing processes: injection molding, stamping, welding, plating and assembly; mold or die design experience is a plus.
？ Have good knowledge about the automotive industry standard such as US Car, LV214…
？ Skilled in GD&T, with good tolerance analysis capability.
？ Know well about the measurement method of parts with different inspection machines.
？ Good knowledge in plastic and metal materials.
？ Familiar with TS16949.
？ Proficient in English both oral and written.
？ Able to handle multi projects at same time.
？ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
？ Open-minded, Stress resistant & Time management abilities.
？ Logical thinking and analytical mind / decision-making abilities / sense of urgency.
？ Team work spirits.
