职位描述：
Key Accountabilities/Duties
1). Responsible for vendor coordination & management, and take charge of office security, cleaning, landscape, insect control, drinking water, stationery and etc. to a good qualified service standard.
1). 管理办公室安保/清洁/绿植/病虫害/饮用水/文具等后勤保障工作的高标准和正常供应。

2). Visit management: issuing invitation letters, setting visit agenda, coordinating hotel and transportation, distribute visit schedules, arranging meeting venue and other logistic task.
2). 访客管理，包括邀请函发放，会议日程安排，酒店/交通/用餐及其他后勤工作的支持。

3). Vehicle & driver management: daily company vehicle arrangement, keep record of drive routine & parking, regular vehicle maintenance, monitor drivers’ performance & reimbursement application.
车辆和司机管理，每日派车安排，行车线路及停车记录，定期车辆维保，司机行为监管及费用报销。

4). Work closely with other departments to ensure office environment that is always safe, and in good repair, ensure all office facilities and supply are consistently in standby.
4). 与各部门紧密配合协调，为各部门提供安全/整洁/运作良好的办公环境。

5). Take other duties as assigned.
5). 主管分配的其他工作。

任职要求：
Education：Bachelor degree
Experiences：Above one year of related Admin working experience.
Skill Sets ： Good communication and presentation skill;
                    Self-driven and motivated
