Responsibilities and Tasks:
The primary role of this position is to provide HR and Admin support to Micron China HR team and business needs as the HR and Admin Specialist.
1. HR support (50%)
1) Maintain/manage day-to-day HR operations. To work with local/global HR team and provide HR customer service support to employees, i.e. company letters, payroll, etc.
2) Maintain HR policy, procedure and programs;
3) Maintain HR data, such as leave tracking list, intern monthly attendance, monthly in and out list, etc.;
4) Support recruiting activities, such as post openings, screen the candidate resumes, assist in coordinating interviews as per request;
5) Manage foreign employee employment certificate and worker visa;
6) Other HR routine job assigned
2. Admin support (50%)
1) Administer all incoming calls and route them accordingly, greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner;
2) Travel arrangement for visitors/local employees, i.e. accommodation, visa application, flight booking;
3) Office operation: prepare for monthly cleaning items; furniture/desks/cabinet repair; office safety maintenance; supervise the office administrative works to ensure the smooth running;
4) Coordinate/organize events, such as sales meeting. Company brochure/material design coordination;
5) Support annual dinner and team building activities;
6) Other Admin work assigned
Requirements:
1) College or Bachelor degree, 2 years of related working experience is preferred;
2) Good command of English, CET 6 is preferred. Good computer skills-including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
3) Excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility;
4) Ability to work independently;
5) Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
