Manage all corporate suppliers based on global contracts, push stakeholders to raise right PR, have right invoice monthly and make payments monthly;

? Release routine Pos and make payment application for all basic operation supplies like electricity, natural gas, water, plant rental and etc;
? Place small value Pos on vendors, drive quality, cost and on time delivery;
? Be the champion for vendor master;
? Communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders to make sure short lead time for small value Pos;
? Be responsible for yearly cost down projects according to global yearly saving target;
? Other duties as assigned;

? Compliance to corporate contracts;
? Support F-M Chongqing daily operations;
? Good communications with all stakeholders in order to have good service;
? Achieve objectives in support of Business Plan;
? Excel in sourcing, vendor qualification and vendor daily management;
? Quick leaner for new company culture and work process;

? Ability to lead, communicate and act in a multicultural and cross-functional environment;
