职位描述：
Job Purpose:
- To provide leadership in AT&S Division IC-Substrates
- To increase the value of the company
- To execute on AT&S Vision, Mission, Strategy and Budget
- To strategise the future development and oversee the daily operations of the direct responsible functions in Division IC-Substrates
- To support Division Mobile Devices activities in Chongqing site from the executive perspective

Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
- Be a sparring partner to the BU and Division Board Members
- Reporting regularly about Division and Chongqing site matters to BU MS CFO.
- Be the financial conscience of the Division and Chongqing site.
- Manage profitability and cash of the Division and Chongqing site.
- Actively manage all Commercial and Administrative matters of the Division and the Chongqing site: Finance, Controlling, Tax and IT functions.
- Ensure the profitable growth of the Division and Chongqing site is taking place according to the AT&S strategy.
- To ensure that the corporate policy is adopted executed accordingly.
- To install a healthy and motivated organisation.
- To ensure the processes and resources of Finance, Controlling, Tax and IT are most cost competitive and effective.
- To develop and ensure effective Budgeting.
- To maintain good working relationship with audit company and banks.
- Division and Chongqing site responsibility for Compliance, Risk and Insurance.

Managerial Functions:
- Has lots of energy.
- Continuously looking for improvements.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to Division and Chongqing site.
- Define roles and responsibilities.
- Set priorities and assure execution of commitments.
- Identify and develop training needs of organisation.
- Allocate human resources, materials resources and funds.
- Define and communicate short-mid term goals/targets/principles.
- Provide and listen to feedback including IPM.

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
- More than 15 years’ experience in finance with the last 5 years in senior leadership positions.
在财务有至少15数年工作经验抱过近五年有高级管理指认。
- Accounting or Finance bachelor or above.会计或财务本科及以上.
- Several years of professional experience in industrial company.在工业企业有数年的专业工作经验.
- Computer skill: MS office, SAP.计算机技术：MS办公软件，SAP.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.具有领导者素质.
- Social competence.具有社交能力.
- Analytical and structural intellectual capacity.逻辑分析及组织能力.
- Ability to work well in team environment, flexibility.在团队环境里的工作及适应能力.
- Excellent communication skills.出色的沟通技巧.
