职位描述：

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

· The structuring and documentation of capital markets and IPO related transactions, plus the provision of legal advice directly to the relevant business lines;

· Assisting the Head of Legal in reviewing and negotiating contracts / documents in both English and Chinese languages;

· Drafting memos in both English and Chinese languages on legal issues relating to the company’s matters.

Skills and Abilities

· At least one year of relevant experience, gained from international law firm/ bank;

· Must have exposure to private equity, capital markets, IPO and other investment banking products;

· Excellent legal drafting and communication skills;

· High integrity and professional ethics;

· Ability to identify issues;

· Strong English & Chinese writing skills;

· Proficient communication skills and interpersonal skills;

· Willing to work hard;

· A good team player;

· Basic office computer skills.

Qualifications
A law degree from a reputable law school with a Chinese Mainland law practice license.
