1.根据客户要求，搜集和整理有关信息并及时做好工作安排。

Collecting and storing information and timely make job arrangements according to the customer request,

2.负责日常办公行政服务。

Responsible for daily office administrative service

3.维持良好的客户关系，掌握客户最新需求并做好与相关部门的业务协调。

Maintain good relationship with customers.Being sensitive to our customer's needs and cooperate with company's

other departments

4.负责外商日常办公需求，做好外商服务中心VIP服务工作，同时做好新到蓉外商的抵蓉安排。

Responsible for daily works of the foreign customers.Provide VIP service of the foreign service center and arrange the service of the new coming customer

5.月薪:3000-4000/月（根据具体表现有所调整）

Salary：3000-4000per month

要求:

1. 基本了解外籍人士工作习惯，能达到精准的工作要求。（有外企工作经验优先）

Generally understanding the foreigner's custom, and execute accurately.(foreign company working experience is preferred)

2. 具有良好的沟通和解决问题的能力，能灵敏及时的解决客户提出的问题。

good communication and problem solving skills,and deal with customer's problems timely.

3. 良好的服务意识，工作主动性和责任心强，能熟练操作办公软件。

good service consciousness.Work initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.Good use of office software .

4. 大专以上学历，1.62米以上，形象气质佳，英语口语流利。CET-6以上。

college degree or above, over 1.62m,Presentable, fluent oral English.
