职位描述：

重庆市万州区五桥机场路586号（万州经开区隔壁）

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. SPS deployment （SPS=Schneider Performance System）

-Lead plant SPS deployment

-Lead cross function engineers focus on shop floor continue improvement

-Lead and management plant Kaizen, 6 sigma projects.

2. Digital system deployment

-Lead all the digital project implement in plant.

-Lead MES system implement in plant.

3. Monthly KPI review and track/follow-up

4. Lean training / Audit

Lead internal Lean training, to improve people’s competency

5. Support and follow all actions from SPS central team

Make sure all the support to central team in time.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical -Electronics or Industrial Engineering, At least 5 years experience in Process improvement / management; and 3 years for project management

2. Solid understands lean manufacture, Know how to manage internal and external project management.

3. Good at written and spoken English
