职位描述：

重庆市万州区五桥机场路586号（万州经开区隔壁）

Main Responsibilities:

1. Equipment maintenance

1) To implement inspecting, installing, adjusting equipment & fixtures and to keep record

2) To arrange daily maintenance work and efficient appraisal

3) To provide coaching and training for maintenance technician concerning technology

4) As project leader of equipment, to resolve issues such as online control, equipment approval and equipment improvement

5) Optimizing assembly related equipment status, and improve Auto line OEE

2. Preventive maintenance

1) To organize and implement schedule of maintenance, prevent maintenance and improve all of equipment status

2) To take charge of indicators as PM realization in process and IE/NEE to limit breakdown time

3. Spare parts:

To define spare parts list for each machine and support maintenance assistant to manage spare parts

4. Project support

1) To take part in actively and complete special mission

2) To act as member of trouble-shooting analysis concerning equipment, sample test /SIL, equipment transfers and new equipment development

5. Safety & Environment common responsibilities

1) Familiar with and comply with the WI base on H&S rules

2) Proper use of PPE

3) Proper use of the H&S devices/equipment/guarding

4) Ensure "5S" reaching the standards

Basic Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, majored in mechanical/ electrical or automation

2. Compulsory: 3 years in auto line maintenance, Ideal: 2 years PLC Programming experience, familiar with C++, VB etc.

3. Pneumatic & electrical knowledge, mechanical drawing reading & conception / PLC /C++/VB programming

4. Good technical English level, familiar with MS office
