职位描述：
? As a customer window to well understand and communicate with customers; Responsible for sales forecast, customer orders and shipping schedule.
? Responsible for production planning and continuous improvement to ensure 100% on time delivery.
? Responsible for material supply planning, PO release and follow-up to ensure on time delivery from suppliers.
? Responsible for warehouse management and maintain a good housekeeping and stock accuracy; responsible inventory control and DOH reduction;
? Monitor whole process of logistic and customs clearance process to ensure full compliance to China customs regularities.
? Set up processes and collect data for supplier delivery evaluation, work order evaluation and customer delivery update; control the premium freight cost;
? Lead lean manufacturing, esp. 5S activities in the department;
? Work closely with other departments, for resource and Engineering change, for achieving the organizational objectives;
? Functional support plant General Manager for broad issues.
