下属人数：2人
上下班时间：8:30am-5:30pm 周六上半天
职位介绍：
1、负责招聘、计划绩效等人力资源六大模块工作的具体事务操作；
2、负责员工考勤、社保、劳动关系等相关工作；
3、协负责人力资源制度体系建设和完善；
4、负责企业文化建设工作；
5、完成领导交代的其他工作。
任职资格
1、大专以上学历；
2、熟悉人力资源六大板块，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并能实际操作运用；
3、具有有较强的沟通、协调能力，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强，，有团队协作精神；
4、熟练使用相关办公软件，具备基本的网络知识；
5、5—8年以上人力资源工作经验，制造业人力资源管理经验者优先。 举报 分享
