职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、针对业务运作过程中的业务类、系统操作类及单据疑问等咨询问题及时解答反馈
2、针对业务运作过程中发现的系统故障，及时登记反馈并跟进处理结果
3、对业务运作过程中产生的系统异常数据进行监控、预警催办
4、对系统的基础数据的维护及时性、准确性进行监控、检查、预警催办
5、按要求及时维护更新系统的账号权限信息
6、对系统运行过程中的服务支持记录进行分析，并提出优化要求
7、对系统运行情况进行跟踪，并评估是否达到验收条件，给出验收意见
任职要求：
1、计算机应用专科及以上学历
2、1年以上软硬件运维或客户服务相关经验，具备物流行业知识更佳
3、熟悉office等常规办公软件，物流行业知识
4、有良好记录日志习惯和较强的学习能力
5、工作细致，高度的责任感，较强的适应、沟通、表达能力 举报 分享
