职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责公司资料文件的整理、归档及保管；
2、负责组织部门会议，编写会议记录；
3、负责公务文件的编写；
4、负责来宾的接待及公司展厅的讲解；
5、负责日常收发快递、杂志邮寄等工作；
6、协助领导对外的沟通及日常工作事务；
7、完成公司领导只派的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、行政文秘及相关专业，专科及以上学历；
2、形象气质佳、沟通能力强、普通话标准并且流利；
3、从事过相关工作2年及以上经历；
