As a Customer Sales Operations Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for the management and development of direct reports to enable superior customer service. You will be responsible for managing and improving Customer Sales Operation’s performance by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build and execute service strategies regionally aligned to corporate strategic objectives. You will assist with improving individual capability by conducting performance appraisals with team members to create goals and development plans. You will monitor performance metrics to identify and implement continual improvement opportunities.
Building an effective team
? Manage and distribute team workload and provide inputs for succession planning
? Empower team members and promote teamwork
? Identify learning opportunities and provide training
? Ensure team members are properly trained according to department compliance, work requirements
? Support team to remove barriers, resolve conflict, and drive for accountability
? Actively recruit and identify qualified talent
? Mentor and Coach Team Members
Team Member Performance Management
? Provide communication regarding job expectations
? Establish goals and monitor performance achievement through frequent performance reviews
? Collect, review and provide positive and constructive performance feedback for continuous development
? Conduct Success Factors 6 month and yearly performance appraisals
? Provide and promote recognition through various tools
? Monitor team members performance to established policies, procedures and goals to meet department standards
? Communicate and review metrics to clarify and meet Corporate and Departmental strategic objectives
Provide leadership to meet Corporate and Departmental strategic objectives
? Awareness and situational involvement in sales operations issues; Be the point of contact to Sales Operations
? Initiate, build and sustain effective relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders
? Collaborate with peers to develop regional and global solutions
? Develop, communicate, drive and deliver actions, expectations and measures of success to help achieve objectives
Provide leadership to meet Corporate and Departmental strategic objectives
? Influence and participate in development of Regional Sales Operations strategies to optimize customer service
? Create a culture of problem solving and implementation
? Identify, participate, manage, and drive system and process improvements
? Accountable for performance metrics through identifying gaps, root cause, actions plans and communicate timelines to resolve issues.
? Understand customer expectations and provide optimal solution
Ensure a Safe, Compliant, and Ethical Work Environment
? Maintain knowledge of and apply company and local safety, labor, and ethics policies
? Communicate requirements to applicable team members and external stakeholders
? Oversee execution of mandatory training for direct reports
? Identify and resolve and/or report potential safety, security, and labor issues
? Support audits
