职位描述：
基本职责Essential responsibilities and duties
负责生产过程质量控制，质量记录的存档和保管，量产后管理供应商质量及交付绩效；编制质量文件；快速反应，解决生产现场和顾客现场发生的质量问题。降低生产报废，提高生产效率。协助解决来料质量问题，推动供应商体系持续改进和质量改善。Responsible for quality control in manufacturing process, quality records and file custody , manage quality and delivery performance of the supplier after SOP , Compile quality document , Quick respond, and solve the production quality problem occurred at the customer site. Reduce process scrap rate and improve product efficiency . Assist to solve the incoming quality problem and continuously promote the improvement of the supplier’s quality system and part quality.

主要职责The main missions of the role are:
？ 控制计划的编制、维护和实施， 检验标准和检验规范的编制Making and maintain control plan ; Making the inspection standard and spec；
？ 组织不合格品评审，针对质量问题组织围堵、纠正、预防和改进措施，并跟踪验证Organize the NC review, organize to define the containment, correct and preventive action for quality problem;
？ 快速反应，解决生产现场和顾客现场发生的质量问题。管理生产的QSE 展开Quick response to solve the quality problem from shopfloor and customer site. Push the QSE in production deployment；
？ 支持公司质量体系的实施，以及外部LLS的工厂评估Support the quality system, and external LLS review；
？ 新项目的参与，ECR/ECO变更后新产品或过程PSW文件的制定和签署及存档Involve the new project, PSW document making and signature.
？ 协助并参与有关的体系和过程审核，跟踪落实过程审核中不符合项的整改状态Involve the quality system and process audit. Follow up the NC item status；
？ 确认产品首件测量情况，及时分析反馈不合格项，跟踪“CC/SC项”执行状态Checking the OK 1ST parts status， feedback and analysis the NC items. Follow up the control status for “CC/SC” ；
？ 顾客抱怨的整改、沟通和相关信息文件的反馈，确保获得良好的客户满意度Lead the customer complain analysis and improve；
？ QRCI工作的协助推进，“LLS”管理，协助支持FES审核Support the QRCI, LLS and FES audit
？ 处理供应商日常质量问题，协调供应商质量及交付Solve the daily quality problem of the supplier, coordinate quality and delivery of the supplier。
？ 组织变更零件验证、试装报告，确认工程变更验证结果以及供应商PSW文件签署Organize verification and preinstall of modifying parts, and confirm the results of Engineering Change Verification。
？ 供应商质量记录管理，进行质量分析和供应商考核Record the supplier’s quality information, carry on the quality analysis and the supplier assessment。
？ 快速反应，推进解决供应商质量问题，追踪供应商改善状态及报告Quick respond and assist to solve supplier’s quality problem, track the supplier’s improvement and give a report。
？ 参与新项目中先期质量工作，协调处理新项目中供应商模具、检具、样件、产品的生产确认和验证Assist the incoming inspection, and promote the improvement of the supplier’s quality system and part quality。
？ 指导来料检验工作，推进供应商体系改善及质量改进，管理并提高进货检验员发展Manage & improve incoming inspector development。

公司总投资3,875万欧元，于2004年5月10日注册成立，地址位于重庆市经济技术开发区经开园汽车工业园区，目前共有员工近600人。

目前在重庆有两家工厂，地址及交通线路如下：

老工厂：重庆市北部新区云枫路2号D栋；途经公交车：628路, 680路, 684路, 877路, 878路至南山小区站下车即可

新工厂：重庆市北部新区黄环西路1号（黄茅坪）；途经公交车：573路, 633路区间, 680路, 826路至黄茅坪工业园站下车即可。或乘坐国博线在黄茅坪站下车即可。
