职位描述：
基本要求Basic Requirements:
a) 大专以上学历，模具或机械类相关专业。
Technical college diploma in tooling or mechanical or equivalent.
b) 5年及以上2.0MM厚度以上的高强板的汽车五金级进模经验：
More than five years experience in above 2.0MM thickness of metal progressive dies.
c) 具有较强的模具异常分析及判定的能力
Strong analysis and determination ability when there are problems with the die
d) 熟悉冲压设备和冲压方面的相关知识
Be familiar with knowledge of the press department and equipment.
e) 能够使用 AutoCAD 和 CATIA 等软件。
 Able to use some software, such as AUTOCAD and CATIA.
f) 熟悉模具及冲压部门现场流程
Be familiar with the process of tool and press dept.
g) 熟悉汽车冲压五金零件和模具的要求；
Familiar with automotive stamping metal parts and the dies.
h) 能够看懂英文图纸要求
Understand the English specification in DWG
i) 有设计新模和夹具的能力
Able to design new tooling and fixture
j) 有理解GD&T图纸的能力
Ability to understand GD&T DWG
k) 需要有FMEA、Flow Chart、SOP的知识
Be familiar with FMEA、Flow Chart、 SOP
l) 良好的沟通能力
Good communication ability
m) 良好的工作态度，吃苦耐劳，积极主动，身体健康；
Good work attitude, bears hardships and stands hard work, proactive, good health;
n) 能适应倒班的工作时间制，有团队意识，责任心强。
Can adapt to shift work time, have the consciousness of team, a strong sense of responsibility.

主要职责Key Responsibilities :
a) 准备模具部、冲压部各类作业文件
Prepare all document related to tooling and press dept.
b) 模具备件的建立及维护、根椐使用情况及时调整安全库存
Establish and maintain tooling spare parts, add spare parts when they are below safe inventory
c) 模具维修保养记录的管理和维护
Responsible for managing and maintaining tooling maintenance record
d) 生产模具异常处理，负责图纸更改及效果跟踪
Troubleshooting from production and change the design then track the effect
e) 模具移进厂内传感器请购、试模问题点跟踪并制作成报告
Apply sensors and track the trial in plant then prepare trial report when the dies are delivered into plant
f) 模具维修日常耗材请购及管理
Apply and manage daily consumable for tooling maintenance
g) 模具维护保养计划的制定及实施跟踪,根据现场反馈及时调整保养频次及内容
Establish tooling maintenance plan and track the implementation, update the frequency . And content according to the on-site feedback
h) 参与新模具的厂内试模和验收。
Participate in new tools factory try run and acceptance.
i) 在模具主管的直接领导下开展工作，服从管理听从指挥。
Under the leadership of the tool room supervisor to do the work, obey the management .
j) 组织对公司内部 模具及冲压员工进行模具相关知识及技能培训
Training on die knowledge and skills for tool makers and press operators.
k) 积极参与各种改善及合理化建议活动。
Participate in improvement and GEAR activities.
l) 坚守岗位﹑遵守劳动纪律，保证按时完成任务
Insist on jobs, observe Labor discipline and ensure to complete tasks on time.
m) 严格遵守﹑认真贯彻落实公司各项方针政策和规章制度。
Observe, earnestly implement the policies and regulations of the company.
n) 按照TS16949和ISO14001的要求工作
Work according to TS16949 and ISO14001
o) 符合质量和环境体系的要求。
In line with the requirements of quality and environment system.
p) 严格按照安全规范工作
In strict accordance with the safety standards to work at all times.
q) 部门主管分配的其它工作。
