职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
-Perform Receptionist roles – greeting, answer inquiries, taking messages, transfer calls, etc.
-Sort and Distribute incoming office mails
-Arrange for courier and mailing services
-Preparing workstations for inter-office visitors
-Stationery stock management and re-ordering goods from vendors
-Meeting Rooms management
-New Hire greeting
-Fax & copy area management, keep the fax area cleaning, refill consumables, distribute incoming faxes etc.
-Coordinate access card arrangement
Finance – ensure proper control of vendor submitting invoices and prepare the Payment Request Form in timely manner
-Prepare visa application for offshore visiters

Requirements：
-22-30 years old
-diploma or above
-good English skill
